Busy peak season incoming, and we need a hands-on Online Coordinator to help keep everything moving. You'll sit within a dynamic digital team supporting a fast-paced beauty eCommerce operation as it gears up for a major platform transformation and peak trading period. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety - supporting day-to-day trading while playing a key part in a Shopify transition and ensuring everything lands smoothly ahead of Black Friday and beyond.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the Online Manager across BAU eCommerce activity
- Assisting with a Shopify transformation project ahead of a January re-platform
- Coordinating product uploads, content updates, and promotional activity
- Working closely with a newly onboarded search & media agency
- Supporting peak trading activity, including Black Friday campaigns
- Helping to identify and resolve site or trading issues quickly
What we're looking for:
- Proven eCommerce experience, ideally in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong working knowledge of Shopify (essential)
- Confident working across multiple stakeholders and external agencies
