This is a hands-on, build-focused role where you'll take ownership of CRM execution across email, SMS, and loyalty journeys, working with evolving briefs and shifting priorities. What you'll be doing:
- Building and optimising Voyado CRM campaigns and flows end-to-end
- Delivering omnichannel customer journeys across email, SMS, and loyalty
- Collaborating with stakeholders to shape and refine evolving briefs
- Working autonomously with minimal oversight, bringing structure to complexity
Must-have:
- Strong Voyado experience - confident building independently
- Proven track record in omnichannel CRM execution
- Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Ability to adapt quickly as priorities shift
Nice to have:
- Experience across both consulting and retail/merchant environments
- A blend of strategy + execution (not just build)
- Technical familiarity with CRM integrations or data structures
- Exposure to platforms such as Bloomreach or Klaviyo
