The gist: This isn't a post-and-pray social role. It's an opportunity to build the growth engine behind an ambitious, fast-scaling cultural platform. You'll sit at the centre of launches—owning paid social creative, running disciplined testing, and turning insight into repeatable playbooks. At the same time, you'll drive end-to-end campaign delivery, working directly with top-tier creative talent to make every drop land.
The business: A globally recognised platform connecting leading contemporary artists and cultural institutions with a new generation of collectors and enthusiasts (millions strong and growing). Alongside this, a newly launched print-focused platform is building momentum—bringing high-quality, accessibly priced works to a broader audience. Still early, scaling fast, and aiming to become the go-to destination in its category.
What you'll do:
- Own paid social creative end-to-end (key growth driver)
- Build a proper testing engine—angles, hooks, formats, learnings that compound
- Shape how talent shows up on their own channels—especially Instagram
- Partner directly with artists to improve performance, every launch
- Run collection drops from kickoff to live (timelines, assets, execution)
- Brief and steer writers, editors, and art directors
- Get hands-on with content when it's faster/better (design tools + AI)
- Turn performance data into sharper creative + smarter playbooks
What they're looking for:
- A paid social creative strategist or a sharp content/copy thinker ready to step up
- Commercially minded, creatively strong, and genuinely into paid social
- Strong writing + a good eye (you know what works—and why)
- Organised operator—nothing slips
- Confident briefer who raises the creative bar
- Comfortable working directly with creative talent
- Curious about AI and already using it
- ~3-6 years' experience (flexible for standout profiles)
Why join:
- Build something early—new platform, big ambition
- Work with globally recognised creative talent
- Real ownership over growth strategy + creative performance
- Regular socials + creative perks
Bottom line: If you like creative that performs, launches that matter, and building systems that scale—this is your role.
