Salt have partnered with a major financial institution to find them a Senior UX Researcher to join their growing team. They\βre looking for someone to bring leadership skills and sharp mixed-methods UX research knowledge, managing more junior team members as well as conducting high-profile research projects.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a well-respected institution undergoing large-scale digital change.
Alongside management, you\βll be conducting discovery, generative, formative and evaluative qual and quant research, addressing design challenges for a variety of new and existing products. You\βll be conducting usability tests, depth interviews, ethnographic observations, survey design, and co-creation workshops.
So, what are they looking for?
- 5+ years of experience as a UX Researcher, ideally in Financial Services, Banking, or any other heavily regulated industry.
- Knowledge of Consumer Duty guidelines and Accessibility Best Practice Principles.
- Experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Familiarity with UserZoom & Figjam or equivalent tools.
- Proven experience leading and running research studies and programmes involving other researchers.
This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid role, with only 2 days per month of required office time. You can be anchored to either the London, Bristol, Edinburgh, or Manchester office, and necessary travel to any other of the company\βs hubs can be reimbursed.
