We have partnered with a unique, hugely important organisation whose work touches and impacts a wide range of the population. They are looking for a Senior User Researcher (FTC) to join a hugely impactful project. You will be part of a team alongside a Senior Service Designer and Lead UCD practitioner to shape the organisation's future competency in performing one of its key tasks.
From a research perspective, this means building a clear understanding of user needs, challenges, and opportunities that will inform the 'to be' solution. It's the type of role that requires a highly pragmatic, broadly skilled researcher who thrives in knotty, complex environments. It will also suit someone with experience on internal programmes of work with a high level of complexity.
Your research experience:
- You have experience using a range of qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods approaches, and know how, when, and why to use them.
- Breadth across the user research lifecycle - from defining participants to conducting research through to sharing insights.
- You're an excellent facilitator - both in workshops and in environments with complex stakeholders.
This is a fixed-term, salaried role paying up to £80,000 (pro-rata). 2-stage interview process. Hybrid working (London).
