With a strong international footprint and growing demand across Europe, they’re now hiring a Senior Sales Executive to spearhead new client acquisition and revenue growth in the German market.
The Opportunity
This role offers the chance to join a well-established but rapidly scaling software business at a pivotal stage of growth in Europe. You’ll lead sales efforts in Germany, working directly with enterprise manufacturers to deliver complex, high-value software solutions that drive measurable results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and execute new business sales strategies across the German manufacturing market
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to close
- Deliver impactful presentations and solution-led demonstrations to senior stakeholders
- Build strong, long-term client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted partner
- Collaborate with presales, marketing, and leadership to align on go-to-market plans
- Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and client meetings across Germany and wider Europe
What We’re Looking For
- 2-5 years of SaaS or enterprise software sales experience, ideally within manufacturing or industrial technology
- Strong track record of winning new business and closing six-figure+ deals
- Experience selling into C-level and senior operational stakeholders
- Fluent German and English language skills (essential)
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder, and long-cycle sales processes
- Consultative, solution-led approach – familiarity with Challenger or similar methodologies preferred
