Principal Consultant – Scaling Design & Research Teams (UK & Europe)Salt has partnered with a full‐service Digital Experience Agency to find a UI‐leaning Senior Product Designer for their elite team. In this role you will report to the Chief Design Officer and work across the agency\’s top clients to build scalable, robust and elegant UI solutions. Your design outcomes will solve real problems, engage users, celebrate the brand and drive business results.
Key responsibilities:
Apply design foundations across app, web and other platforms to create cohesive UI experiences.
Develop, maintain and govern design systems.
Design iconography, typography and animation for product interfaces.
Conduct desk research and UX analysis; build information architecture.
Create lo‐fi and hi‐fi prototypes and test them with moderated and unmoderated usability tests.
Deliver client‐facing presentations, facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder expectations.
Required qualifications: 3+ years of product design experience with a strong UI focus, proven ability to create and manage design systems, and experience leading client workshops and usability testing.
Employment details: Full‐time, hybrid (3 days per week in the London office). Continuous training and development opportunities will be provided.
Location: London, England, United Kingdom.
Salary: £45,000.00 – £45,000.00 per annum (actual pay based on skills and experience).
