- Agency Experience is Essential: 4+ years' experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant from a recruitment agency (not internal).
- A Verifiable Billing Track Record: You must be able to demonstrate a consistent history of personal billing and revenue generation.
- Commercial Acumen: You are target-driven, money-motivated, and understand how to build a profitable recruitment desk.
- Specialist Role: A background in recruiting for Product & UX focused roles is required; you will be the master of this sector.
