This is a 360-degree agency recruitment role, not an internal Talent Acquisition or HR position.

Currently specialising in the Product & UX niche.

  • Win New Business: Proactively hunt and win new clients through strategic business development, cold calling, and networking.
  • 360 Recruitment: Own the full 360 billing process from start to finish.
  • Build Your Desk: Develop and expand your own client portfolio within the high-growth Product Design & UX sectors, billing consistently at a high level.
  • Agency Experience is Essential: 4+ years' experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant from a recruitment agency (not internal).
  • A Verifiable Billing Track Record: You must be able to demonstrate a consistent history of personal billing and revenue generation.
  • Commercial Acumen: You are target-driven, money-motivated, and understand how to build a profitable recruitment desk.
  • Specialist Role: A background in recruiting for Product & UX focused roles is required; you will be the master of this sector.
  • Uncapped Earning Potential: Hybrid work model: 3 days a week in office and 2 work from home days.
