Job Description

Senior 2D & 3D Motion Designer

12 month FTC (possible perm continuation)

Hybrid, 3 days in office – Central London

£65,000 – £75,000

Our client is a well-known brand and design consultancy, part of a globe-spanning network. They believe brand is about how a company behaves – through its people, products and services – and they help some of the biggest names in the world bring that belief to life.

They’re now looking for a Motion Designer to join their London studio – a visual storyteller who loves creativity and innovation, with one eye on where the industry is heading next.

You’ll be passionate about creating beautiful, thoughtful brand experiences and defining motion languages and systems that shape the future of global brands. You’ll bring excellent animation skills in both 2D and 3D, a sharp sense of timing and choreography, and a curiosity for what makes motion design truly meaningful.

This is a particularly exciting time to join, as you’ll be leading a major client project that launches in the new year; a high-profile opportunity to set the creative direction and showcase your ability to inspire, innovate and deliver work of exceptional quality.

The role calls for someone who can combine creative leadership with strategic thinking; someone ready to take on more responsibility, drive collaboration across teams, and inspire others to deliver world-class work.

What you’ll bring

• Mastery of After Effects and C4D; working knowledge of Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator and the wider Adobe suite

• Proven ability to create motion design principles, behaviours and systems for brands

• Skill in planning, storyboarding and realising films of all lengths

• Understanding of designing for different platforms: web, social, broadcast and more

• A collaborative, open-minded approach and a genuine passion for craft and innovation

• Experience with UI motion, prototyping or creative coding would be a bonus

What’s on offer

A supportive, creative culture where you can grow and make an impact; flexible hybrid working (three days in the London studio); and a generous benefits package that includes private medical insurance, enhanced parental leave, a strong pension contribution, flexible holidays, wellbeing initiatives and regular creative events.

If you’re ready to help shape how brands move, behave and connect with the world – and to lead a landmark project from the start of the year, well then we’d love to hear from you.
