Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner (12 Month Contract) Day Rate: Β£300.00 per day Engagement: Inside IR35 Location: Hybrid β 2 days per week in the office (London) Role Summary We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join on a contract basis, working closely with senior leaders to drive organisational effectiveness and business success. This role provides strategic HR partnership across multiple business areas, with a focus on workforce planning, organisational design, talent development, employee engagement, and change management leadership. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will play a pivotal role in shaping culture, optimising performance, and ensuring alignment of people strategies with business priorities. Key Responsibilities Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic HR guidance in organisational design, development, talent planning, employee engagement, and change management. Drive workforce planning initiatives, ensuring alignment of resources to key priorities and building future capabilities. Identify and address critical organisational and people issues, removing barriers to success. Provide expert advice on reward, employee relations, performance management, culture, leadership, and learning & development. Design and deliver strategic planning sessions, leadership offsites, and team effectiveness workshops. Coach leaders to enhance performance management capability, feedback delivery, and employee development. Support the identification, development, and retention of key talent through targeted initiatives. Partner closely with HR Centres of Excellence to implement programmes such as engagement surveys, leadership development, annual reward cycles, and workforce planning. Skills & Experience Strong expertise in organisational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and change leadership. Proven track record of consulting with and influencing senior leaders in complex, matrixed organisations. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate organisational needs into actionable people strategies. Expertise in change management, systems thinking, team dynamics, and coaching. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholder groups. Ability to design and implement development solutions that accelerate growth of key talent. Demonstrated success in leading within a global or multi-cultural environment. Typically requires 6 yearsβ experience partnering directly with senior leaders in an HR Business Partner capacity.
