SALT is supporting a leading global technology organisation seeking a Senior Events Manager to deliver high‑profile executive events across Europe. This role oversees the planning and execution of executive‑level events, including hospitality programmes, dinner series and a flagship executive symposium. You will manage end‑to‑end delivery from strategy through to measurement, working closely with senior stakeholders, field marketing teams and external partners. The position requires strong project leadership, budget ownership and the ability to run multiple premium programmes in a fast‑paced environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Deliver executive‑level events such as sports hospitality, dinner programmes and a major executive symposium
  • Manage planning cycles, project milestones, critical paths and communications with stakeholders
  • Lead budget planning, tracking and financial management across all programmes
  • Oversee event branding and creative asset development with internal brand/creative teams
  • Manage vendor relationships and external partners to ensure high‑quality delivery
  • Support audience acquisition processes for executive events

ABOUT YOU

  • 6–8 years of hands‑on event management experience, including 4+ years delivering executive‑level events
  • Proven success in project planning, stakeholder engagement and cross‑functional collaboration
  • Strong budget management and negotiation skills
  • Experience in event audience acquisition
  • Confident engaging with senior executives and supporting revenue‑focused programmes
