We’re partnering with a fast-growing D2C cosmetics brand that’s redefining beauty with a bold, customer-first approach. They’re now looking for a Senior eCommerce Manager to take their digital performance to the next level.

The Role:

You’ll own the entire eCommerce experience — from strategy to execution — across both the UK and US markets. Reporting into the Marketing Director, you’ll drive growth across the D2C site, optimise conversion, and scale digital revenue through data-led decision making and seamless user journeys.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead eCommerce trading strategy across all product lines
  • Manage onsite optimisation (CRO, UX, A/B testing)
  • Own the customer journey from acquisition to checkout
  • Collaborate with performance, creative and retention teams
  • Use insights to drive product launches, bundles & merchandising
  • Must have experience managing and optimising Shopify or Shopify Plus

  • 4+ years in a high-growth D2C eCommerce environment
  • Beauty, skincare, or lifestyle experience preferred
