A fast-growing, app-led FinTech business is adding a hands-on Senior CRM Manager on a 12 month contract, paying £70,000. Highly engaged customer base. CRM right at the centre of the growth plan.
You'll own acquisition-focused lifecycle activity end to end, building and scaling automated journeys across email, push, in-app and SMS, and working with Marketing, Product, MarTech and Analytics to shape the plan and deliver at pace. Plenty of hands-on build, testing and optimisation, with real ownership from day one.
Looking for 5+ years in CRM, a track record of designing and scaling campaigns and automated journeys, and experience in app-first, product-led or high-frequency digital products. Braze is a big plus.
