Join a collaborative, people-focused team supporting large-scale enterprise technology transformations across EMEA.
The Role
You'll partner with senior consultants and customer stakeholders to drive successful adoption of enterprise software, owning or supporting activities including:
- Stakeholder identification and change impact analysis
- Change, communications and training planning
- Readiness and adoption assessments
- Development of communications and training materials
- Change planning, tracking and delivery
- Advising customers on the people impact of technology and process changes
About You
- 5+ years' experience with Tier 1 enterprise applications such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, NetSuite or similar
- 5+ years' experience in change management on large HCM or business transformation programmes
- 5+ years' consulting experience, either in-house, consultancy, software or customer-side
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills
- Comfortable combining strategic advice with hands-on delivery
- Experience supporting organisations xgikmsk through technology and process change
- Workday experience strongly preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- English required; German and/or French advantageous
