My client is a well known consumer brand, looking for a Scrum Master to join the organisation as they embark on a major transformation journey in 2026, with an exciting portfolio of projects centred around improving customer experience, digital transformation, and launching new technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) for one or more agile teams.
- Coach team members and product owners on Scrum best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify and remove impediments, ensuring smooth delivery and team velocity.
- Promote Agile principles across the organisation and support scaling efforts (e.g., SAFe or LeSS).
Requirements
- 3+ years as a Scrum Master in a hands-on delivery environment.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent (PSM, SAFe Agilist).
- Strong experience with Jira, Confluence or similar tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with digital transformation and customer focused programmes.
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 month initial contract (long term programme)
Location: West Sussex (hybrid, 2-3 days per week in office)
