A leading media agency is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their London team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with day-to-day account coordination and administrative tasks
  • Prepare client proposals, presentations, sales materials, and campaign documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and clients
  • Assist with campaign booking, tracking, reporting, and post-campaign analysis
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and CRM systems
  • Liaise with media owners, clients, and internal departments to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure all projects are delivered on time
  • Support with invoicing, purchase orders, and general financial administration where required
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support the commercial team

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience within a sales support, coordinator, account executive, or administrative role - ideally within media, advertising, marketing, or a related industry
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple priorities
