An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mosaic Trainer to support a Children's Mosaic Improvement Programme. This role will play a key part in improving system adoption across Children's Services by delivering engaging training and supporting users throughout the programme rollout.
Working closely with Programme Managers, SMEs and operational teams, you will ensure staff are confident using Mosaic and new ways of working before, during and after implementation.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Mosaic training to Children's Services staff
- Develop classroom, virtual and eLearning training materials
- Produce user guides, quick reference guides and supporting documentation
- Carry out training needs analysis across service areas
- Work with operational leads and SMEs to ensure training reflects business processes
- Support UAT sessions, early adopters and floor walking activities
- Update training materials following feedback and system changes
- Deliver training in line with programme milestones and go live plans
- Measure training effectiveness and produce feedback reports
- Maintain training records and attendance logs
Essential Experience
- Previous experience delivering Mosaic training within Children's Services
- Experience training users on IT systems within Local Government or Social Care
- Strong understanding of Mosaic or Liquidlogic case management systems
- Experience creating engaging training materials and user documentation
- Ability to explain complex processes clearly to both technical and non-technical users
- Experience delivering both classroom and virtual training
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Desirable
- Experience supporting a Mosaic implementation or upgrade
- Knowledge of Family Help reforms
- Understanding of Ofsted requirements
- Experience with eLearning platforms
