Salt are excited to support a leading tech business in their search for a Product Marketing Manager to join their UK team on a 12-month fixed-term contract (with strong potential to extend). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-impact, fast-paced team shaping their growth across the UK and EMEA. You’ll be joining a small but growing product marketing team, reporting directly to the Head of Product Marketing. This position has a broad remit, covering both strategic input and hands-on execution, with a particular focus on the Emerging Mid-Market segment.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new product features and launches.
  • Building customer profiles, targeting strategies, and messaging frameworks.
  • Creating engaging marketing and sales enablement materials.
  • Conducting customer research and insight gathering to inform product roadmap decisions.
  • Partnering cross-functionally with product, design, sales, and data teams to deliver impactful campaigns.

Skills:

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B product marketing, ideally within the tech sector.
  • EMEA experience would be highly valuable.
  • Strong background in end-to-end GTM planning and execution.
  • Ability to leverage data and customer insights to shape strategy.
  • A collaborative, self-motivated individual with excellent people skills and a “can-do” attitude.
