This is a 360-degree agency recruitment role, not an internal Talent Acquisition or HR position. Candidates without the following experience will not be considered:

  • Currently in a 360-agency role.
  • Currently specialising in the UX/Product sector.
  • Currently responsible for new business development.

We’re looking for an experienced agency recruiter who genuinely enjoys building strong relationships, developing business, and working within a specialist market. If you’re currently running a 360 desk and want the space, support, and backing to grow it within a global brand, we’d love to speak with you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing client partnerships: You’ll build and grow meaningful relationships with both new and existing clients across the UX and Product space, becoming someone they genuinely trust and come back to.
  • Owning a 360 desk: You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle, from winning new business and taking briefs through to sourcing candidates, managing processes, and closing offers.
  • Growing your specialism: You’ll develop real market expertise, becoming a go-to advisor for both clients and candidates in your space.
  • Driving business development: You’ll proactively identify new opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach. Not just reacting to demand, but creating it.
  • Building long-term revenue: You’ll focus on sustainable growth, building a profitable desk that compounds over time through strong relationships and consistent delivery.

What We’re Looking for:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a 360-recruitment agency role (essential)
  • Current experience recruiting for Product roles (essential)
  • A track record of billing and building client relationships.
  • Confidence in business development and client conversations.
  • A collaborative mindset and desire to be part of a high-performing team.
