They are looking for a Principal/ Lead PM to help shape their core experience, the foundation of their product portfolio, with a goal to create the most intuitive, intelligent financial experience for SMB\'s across Europe.
A key focus will be bringing AI into the core of their product, leveraging AI to deliver next-generation features and alternative ways of interaction that define what a modern business finance platform can be.
There is a huge opportunity for impact at the intersection of design, systems and AI, perfect for a product leader who loves turning complex systems into simple, elegant experiences.
Here are a few key requirements:
- Experience with AI native consumer facing products.
- A proven track record of building exceptional, customer-facing digital products. Creating intuitive and innovative experiences unlike any other.
- Deep understanding of design, product systems and AI implementation in a B2C, product-led scale-up or start-up.
- Experience delivering world class interfaces across mobile and web.
- Plus points for experience within Fintech, SaaS or productivity tools for SMB\'s.
- Previous experience mentoring or leading other PM\'s.
The company have 4 office locations in Europe but also the ability to hire across other locations like the UK, Spain, Netherlands, Germany, Poland and Cyprus however the position is remote first.
