We’re looking for a hands‑on Content & Operations Specialist to support Beauty & Wellbeing brands across a leading global online marketplace. This is a fast‑paced, delivery‑focused role where content, compliance and operational excellence meet.

You’ll sit at the heart of retail and media execution, owning the end‑to‑end process from briefing to go‑live, while keeping multiple EU markets aligned, compliant and moving at speed.

The Role
  • Content Operations (Retail & Media)
    • Organising and localising global brand content with agency support
    • Owning briefing, review, approval and go‑live for PDPs, enhanced content, brand stores and media assets
    • Coordinating artwork design to ensure pack and regulatory compliance
    • Managing agency delivery and driving improvements against content quality targets
  • Project Management & Ways of Working
    • Acting as the key contact for agencies and internal stakeholders
    • Running weekly sprint cadences using trackers and clear priorities
    • Escalating risks early and locking reviews to avoid slippage
  • Operational Excellence
    • Managing compliance and resolving listing blockers (e.g. safety documentation)
    • Supporting innovation launches within cross‑functional teams
    • Controlling sensitive data sharing and maintaining clean repositories
    • Executing required platform and admin actions
