I’m currently supporting a client that is looking to hire a Power Platform Support Engineer for an initial 3 month remote working contract engagement. This role will sit within a Business Applications team, supporting a range of customers with day-to-day Power Platform application support and issue resolution.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong experience supporting Microsoft Power Platform applications within D365 CRM
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience working within an application support/helpdesk environment
- Strong customer-facing communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tickets/tasks in real-time
- A proactive and service-oriented mindset
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing and resolving support tickets within agreed SLAs
- Responding to client queries via email and calls
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting Power Platform application issues
- Supporting onboarding activities for new customers
- Building strong customer relationships through regular service review calls
- Working closely with the Team Lead and wider technical team
- Contributing to KPI reporting and continuous service improvement
