Salt are partnered with a well-known consumer-facing organisation and are looking for a Senior Paid Media Consultant to join on a contract basis.

Location: London

Day Rate: £300–£350 per day

Duration: 3 months

Start Date: 1st June

About the Role: This is a senior-level paid media consultancy role sitting within a high-performing marketing team, reporting into a senior acquisition and partner marketing lead. The role focuses on defining and delivering quarterly performance media strategies, working closely with media agencies, internal teams and third-party partners to drive strong customer and commercial outcomes. You’ll balance strategic ownership with hands-on delivery, ensuring paid media activity is executed to a high standard, optimised throughout, and clearly reported with actionable insight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the strategy for quarterly paid performance media budgets, working closely with an external media agency to manage and implement activity.
  • Lead the media strategy with third-party partners and relevant agencies to deliver against partnership, customer and commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Studio to brief, develop and deliver creative assets aligned to media specifications, timelines and quality standards.
  • Partner with Insights, Data.
