I am working with another favourite business of mine within the Health & Fitness space. This business is a premium fitness studio with multiple locations across London and we are looking for the new Operations & People Lead to join the team and work closely with the CEO.

In this role, you'll lead in all elements of operations, focusing on elements such as employee relations, HR, and due to the ambitious growth plans, and you'll play a key role in shaping and strengthening people operations, culture, and compliance across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all employee relations activity end-to-end
  • Own and improve HR policies, contracts, and compliance processes
  • Partner with Finance on payroll coordination and accuracy
  • Coach and support managers on people-related matters and best practice
  • Deliver people insights and reporting to senior leadership
  • Contribute to culture, engagement, and HR improvement initiatives
Key Requirements:
  • Strong experience in a senior, operational HR role within a fast-paced, multi-site environment
  • Deep expertise in employee relations and UK employment law
  • Proven ability to manage complex cases and support senior stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast moving environment - wear multiple hats to support the team
  • Loves all elements of the fitness/health & Wellbeing industry
