The role
We’re looking for a driven and curious Junior Recruitment Consultant to join a fast‑paced, people‑first recruitment team in Nottingham. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn the ropes of recruitment, build strong client relationships and develop into a high‑performing consultant.
You’ll be trained by experienced recruiters, supported every step of the way, and encouraged to bring energy, ideas and personality to your work.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting senior consultants with live roles across specialist markets
- Sourcing and engaging candidates through multiple channels
- Screening candidates and managing interview processes
- Building long‑term relationships with candidates and clients
- Learning how to run a full recruitment desk from end to end
- Keeping systems and candidate pipelines organised and up to date
