A top financial services firm in Norwich is looking for a Network Operations/Service Owner – an operational and automation heavy role within Networking. The role is hybrid, split 50/50 between office (Norwich) and home/remote working.
Responsibilities
- Manage networking services, focusing on LAN switching and wireless networking.
- Implement and maintain automation and governance scripts for network operations.
- Facilitate change management processes and influence improvements across the network.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and collaborate on service enhancements.
Qualifications
- Experience with LAN switches and wireless networking.
- Proficiency with Juniper and Cisco products.
- At least a CCNA or CCNP certification.
- Hands‑on scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, etc.) and familiarity with network automation tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence change in a dynamic environment.
