The Role

This is a unique hybrid role combining creative leadership with operational ownership. You will lead a small but high-performing team responsible for delivering all social and campaign content across multiple weekly releases, while also shaping standout creative ideas that define the brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of creatives across design and copy
  • Own and elevate the quality of all content across digital channels
  • Direct high-impact campaigns and creative concepts for artist launches
  • Ensure smooth delivery of a high-volume content pipeline
  • Collaborate with marketing and content ops to deliver campaigns at pace
  • Maintain a consistently high creative standard across all outputs

Your Turn

  • A strong art director with a sharp visual eye and attention to detail
