We're looking for an experienced Freelance Content Designer to support a B2B SaaS product team. This role is focused on in-product content design, not marketing or comms.
You'll work closely with UX designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to create clear, accessible content that supports users across complex digital journeys.
What you'll be doing:
- Designing in-product microcopy (labels, buttons, messages, guidance)
- Shaping content across end-to-end user journeys
- Collaborating with UX, research, product, and engineering teams
- Iterating content based on research, usability testing, and data
- Ensuring content meets accessibility standards
- Supporting localisation and translation for global products
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Content Designer or UX Writer within B2B or SaaS products
- Strong user-centred design approach
- Confident working in Figma (Miro or Dovetail experience a plus)
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Comfortable collaborating closely with designers, PMs, and researchers
This is a hands-on delivery role with a strong chance of extension for the right person.
