The Role:
- Qualify sales contacts in the UK&I region
- Pipeline generation through outbound and inbound prospecting across strategic accounts, ensuring maximum pipeline.
- Using tools such as Salesforce, Kasper, Outreach, Cognism, Seamless, Outreach, MOJO, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Reach and exceed the monthly targets of generated opportunities
- Be a team player and work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams
- Attend team training, roleplays, and weekly pipeline reviews.
- Participate in enablement sessions and skill-building workshops.
- Maintain excellence in CRM hygiene (Salesforce) and sales engagement platform (Outreach): activities logged, leads qualified, data clean.
Requirements:
- 12 months+ BDR experience within SaaS
- Experience within the MarTech Industry preferred
- Knowledge of working to email cadences and cold calling
- Fluent German and English essential
