The Role:

  • Qualify sales contacts in the UK&I region
  • Pipeline generation through outbound and inbound prospecting across strategic accounts, ensuring maximum pipeline.
  • Using tools such as Salesforce, Kasper, Outreach, Cognism, Seamless, Outreach, MOJO, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Reach and exceed the monthly targets of generated opportunities
  • Be a team player and work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams
  • Attend team training, roleplays, and weekly pipeline reviews.
  • Participate in enablement sessions and skill-building workshops.
  • Maintain excellence in CRM hygiene (Salesforce) and sales engagement platform (Outreach): activities logged, leads qualified, data clean.

Requirements:

  • 12 months+ BDR experience within SaaS
  • Experience within the MarTech Industry preferred
  • Knowledge of working to email cadences and cold calling
  • Fluent German and English essential
