Salt’s Local Government team is currently supporting a council in Berkshire with the delivery of their Children’s Mosaic Improvement Programme. We are recruiting an experienced Mosaic Trainer to ensure the successful adoption of new workflows, tools, and recording models across Children’s Services. This role is pivotal in embedding confidence and capability among frontline staff, and we are looking for someone with proven experience training users on Mosaic within a Local Government setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver tailored Mosaic training for Children’s Services staff at all levels
- Develop training materials, guides, and e-learning content aligned to new workflows
- Support user acceptance testing, early adopter groups, and post-go-live support
- Gather feedback and continuously refine training materials
- Ensure staff feel confident using the system to deliver frontline services
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience delivering Mosaic training within Local Government
- Ability to translate complex workflows into clear, practical training content
- Strong communication skills, able to engage staff across social care services
- Experience creating and delivering both in-person and digital training formats
Desirable:
- Experience supporting a Mosaic upgrade or improvement programme
- Familiarity with statutory frameworks in Children’s Services (Ofsted)
- Experience with e-learning tools or training qualifications
