Sitting within the Marketing & Brand team, this is a brand-new opportunity to become the glue between key areas of the business including media strategy, influencers, partnerships and channels, supporting a variety of games and products. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain media delivery timelines across agencies and channels
  • Track whether deliverables actually land when promised
  • Make sure SOWs, contracts, and usage align with what's running
  • Chase agencies when things drift
  • Keep senior stakeholders confident that media is under control
  • Own the mechanics, not the ideas
  • Ensure regulatory and compliance boxes are ticked
Skills & Experience
  • Strong project management experience - end to end
  • Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, deliverables and cross-functional workflows
  • Understanding of media channels (e.g. programmatic, Video, Print, OOH, Audio; digital is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
  • Experience collaborating with agencies or external delivery partners
  • Looking for individuals from a media operation, media delivery, project management background
