We're looking for a Marketing Events & Lead Generation Executive to plan and deliver high-impact campaigns that drive pipeline and support commercial growth across multiple markets. In this role, you'll own the coordination and execution of events and campaigns, working closely with sales, vendors, and internal teams to deliver measurable results. You'll be part of a collaborative and fast-paced marketing function, helping to deliver best-in-class activity that makes a real business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute a calendar of events including webinars, roadshows, partner activities, and customer events.
- Drive lead generation activity to support sales pipeline and commercial objectives.
- Collaborate with sales teams to define target audiences, messaging, and regional priorities.
- Coordinate multi-channel promotion including email, landing pages, and social campaigns.
- Track, manage, and report on leads, ensuring clear handover and follow-up with sales.
- Monitor event and campaign performance, using insights to optimise future activity.
- Manage suppliers, venues, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong experience across events and lead generation (B2B or technology background beneficial).
- Proven experience coordinating events and campaigns from concept to delivery.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with sales teams and understanding lead generation processes.
