The wider function is built out of people from digital-first organisations. Performance-led, not a traditional financial services environment.
The Role
- You'll own the marketing measurement agenda, turning raw performance data into actionable insights.
- Strong across GA4, multi-touch attribution and the full tracking stack underneath it, with the credibility to shape how AI gets embedded into marketing measurement and decisioning.
- Typical work includes:
- Owning marketing measurement and attribution across web, app and server-side.
- Evolving multi-touch attribution models and the data flowing through them.
- Building the measurement stack across GA4, GTM, server-side tagging and conversion APIs.
- Unlocking performance data for SEO, performance, growth and CRM teams to act on.
- Scoping and delivering AI-powered marketing measurement solutions, from experimentation into production.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of GA4, GTM, server-side tagging, conversion APIs and attribution.
- Experience in digital analytics, MarTech, performance marketing or measurement.
- Track record of translating business requirements into technical specs.
- Exposure to AI, ML or automation in a marketing or commercial context.
- Bias for shipping, not just discovery decks.
Nice to have
- AI workflow tooling or prompt engineering.
- Comfort around APIs, data schemas and integrations.
