We’re looking for an experienced agency recruiter who genuinely enjoys building strong relationships, developing business, and working within a specialist market. If you’re currently running a 360 desk and want the space, support, and backing to grow it within a global brand, we’d love to speak with you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing client partnerships: You’ll build and grow meaningful relationships with both new and existing clients across the SaaS and Sales space, becoming someone they genuinely trust and come back to.
- Owning a 360 desk: You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle, from winning new business and taking briefs through to sourcing candidates, managing processes, and closing offers.
- Growing your specialism: You’ll develop real market expertise, becoming a go-to advisor for both clients and candidates in your space.
- Driving business development: You’ll proactively identify new opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach. Not just reacting to demand, but creating it.
- Building long-term revenue: You’ll focus on sustainable growth, building a profitable desk that compounds over time through strong relationships and consistent delivery.
What We’re Looking for (the essentials):
- 2+ years’ experience in a 360-recruitment agency role.
- Current experience recruiting for SaaS or sales roles.
- A track record of billing and building client relationships.
- Confidence in business development and client conversations.
- A collaborative mindset and desire to be part of a high-performing team.
