We're partnering with a fast-growing B2B software business that's scaling its marketing function and needs someone to own the tech, data and automation behind it. This is a hands‑on role with genuine scope to build things your way, from smarter nurture programmes to practical AI that saves the team time.
What You'll Do
- Own and develop the marketing tech stack, with HubSpot at the centre - workflows, lifecycle stages, scoring, integrations and new tools
- Plan, build and optimise email nurture programmes for prospects and customers, including segmentation, testing and personalisation
- Look after deliverability and domain health, keeping sender reputation strong
- Introduce AI-powered automation that cuts manual work and lifts quality, and set clear guidelines for how the team uses it
- Make sure leads are captured, tracked and routed properly, working with sales to improve lead quality
You’ll Bring
- Strong hands‑on HubSpot admin experience across CRM and Marketing Hub
- A track record building B2B email journeys and showing how they drive pipeline
- Practical experience using AI to automate workflows, with clear examples of the results
- Marketing operations experience within a B2B software or SaaS environment
- Salesforce experience, particularly a HubSpot-Salesforce integration, is a bonus
