Salt are working with a leading UK retailer that is gearing up to launch an exciting new loyalty proposition — and we’re looking for an experienced Loyalty Project Manager to help make it happen.
This is a full-time freelance opportunity for a seasoned project professional who understands the loyalty space and knows how to navigate large, complex retail environments. You’ll play a key role in managing the delivery of this strategic initiative, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive progress and ensure seamless execution.
This project with be a minimum of 6 months in length, with 1 day inhouse at their HQ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end project management of the loyalty proposition rollout
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and delivery milestones
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including marketing, digital, data, and commercial
- Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and blockers
- Ensure timely reporting and updates to senior stakeholders
- Support integration with existing customer and tech ecosystems
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing loyalty, CRM, or customer proposition projects (ideally in retail, FMCG, or consumer brands)
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programmes
- Confident working with senior leadership and managing competing priorities
- Able to hit the ground running with minimal oversight
- Familiarity with agile or hybrid delivery models
