The mission: Provide global UX leadership across web and mobile, establishing consistent, intuitive and connected customer experiences that reduce effort, improve task completion and support the broader strategy for customers experience. Core accountabilities Establish global UX principles, standards, design governance and success measures. Own design system governance and reusable experience patterns. Guide end-to-end customer journeys across domains and channels. Provide UX direction and assurance across product and implementation teams. Embed research, analytics and usability validation throughout delivery. Identify and address fragmented experiences, inconsistencies & cross-domain friction. Critical experience
