The Role

This is a hands‑on, content‑first social role focused on creating engaging, high‑performing content across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. You’ll support the Social Media Manager in bringing the brand to life through video, from idea through to execution - while staying on top of trends and driving engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and edit high‑quality, engaging video content for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
  • Stay ahead of social trends, formats and platform updates to maximise reach and engagement
  • Support planning and execution of social content calendars aligned to brand campaigns
  • Manage community engagement across platforms (comments, DMs, interactions)
  • Analyse performance and optimise content based on insights
  • Support YouTube channel management (uploads, optimisation, metadata, thumbnails)
  • Collaborate with creative, influencer and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand output
  • Repurpose and maximise content across channels for efficiency and impact

  • Background in beauty / skincare highly desirable
