A brand new visitor attraction in London is looking for a Digital Campaign Manager to join at an exciting pre-launch stage. It's a rare chance to shape social and content strategy from day one, rather than stepping into something already established. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how social and content drive ticket sales, and who wants their work to have a direct, visible impact on a brand new business.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day social channel management, adapting content and tone to suit each platform
- Use social as a sales driver, not just a brand awareness tool, with a clear eye on what drives ticket sales
- Shoot and capture engaging, guest-focused content on-site, and brief freelancers or agencies where needed
- Build relationships with content creators, influencers and the venue's operations team
- Feed into the promotional calendar alongside sales priorities and peak trading periods
- Factor email/SMS into campaign thinking, working alongside a specialist who owns delivery
- Liaise with the ecommerce team on campaign assets and requirements
- Keep an eye on basic performance metrics to inform content decisions
- Be a visible advocate for the attraction, visiting the venue regularly
Experience required
- Background in attractions, hospitality or entertainment marketing
- Strong social media literacy, comfortable shooting and briefing content, with a good understanding of how different channels behave
- Confident talking metrics without needing deep analytical experience
- Flexible, hands-on, good with stakeholders
