SALT is partnering with an FMCG business to hire a Social & Digital Marketing Specialist, focused on delivering culturally relevant, socially‑led campaigns across a portfolio of consumer brands. This role sits at the heart of brand and digital, with a strong emphasis on organic social, influencer marketing, and paid social amplification. You’ll help shape and execute content‑first campaigns that resonate with audiences, drive engagement, and ultimately deliver measurable growth.
Working cross‑functionally with brand, eCommerce, shopper and media teams - alongside external agencies and creators - you’ll bring campaigns to life end‑to‑end, from briefing through to performance optimisation.
Key Contract Details:- ~7 month+ contract (outside IR35)
- ~ Hybrid working, SW London
- Lead the execution of social‑first campaigns, spanning organic content, influencer partnerships, and paid social support.
- Own the end‑to‑end influencer process - from identification and briefing through to content approvals and delivery.
- Collaborate with agencies, creators, and media partners to deliver high‑impact, culturally relevant content.
- Support campaign rollout across digital touchpoints, including eCommerce, shopper marketing and email.
- Monitor and analyse weekly performance across social and digital channels, turning data into actionable insights.
- 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on social, influencer and content‑led campaigns.
- Experience with platforms such as Meta and TikTok, and an understanding of how it amplifies organic performance.
- Data‑driven, with strong analytical skills and confidence using performance metrics to optimise campaigns.
