This role is critical in ensuring a smooth transition from the legacy system, while driving adoption of new tools and ways of working.
In addition to delivery, this role will provide clear commercial oversight of the programme, ensuring spend is controlled, supplier performance is actively managed, and value is delivered against agreed outcomes.

- Project Delivery & Planning
- Lead end-to-end project/programme management
- Define and manage the project plan, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate across Product, UX, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Content, and vendors
- Provide clear governance, reporting, and stakeholder updates
- Commercial Control & Supplier Management
- Own day-to-day commercial oversight of the programme, including budget tracking and cost management
- Ensure clear linkage between spend and deliverables, with no uncontrolled scope expansion
- Manage third-party vendors against agreed scope, milestones, and commercial terms
- Identify and escalate commercial risks early, including delays, cost overruns, or misalignment to outcomes
- Work closely with procurement and finance to ensure appropriate governance, approvals, and value realisation
- Implementation & Roll-out
- Oversee phased roll-out across teams and regions
- Ensure readiness across content migration, integrations, and processes
- Coordinate testing and go-live activities to minimise disruption
