This role is key for the team to scale planning solutions as it continues to grow. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, focusing on delivering scalable, enterprise-grade planning solutions rather than carrying out the planning itself. You'll play a critical role in shaping how planning teams operate through best-in-class systems and tools.
You'll be joining a collaborative, high-performing environment, working alongside cross-functional teams to design and enhance solutions that support commercial performance across the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, build, and enhance enterprise planning solutions
- Develop and maintain planning models and templates
- Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
- Partner with stakeholders across finance, supply chain, and operations
- Support ongoing optimisation and continuous improvement of planning tools
- Contribute to system enhancements, releases, and user enablement
- Hands-on experience with tools such as: Anaplan, Board, SAP SAC, or similar planning platforms
- Experience designing or implementing planning models / solutions
- Strong understanding of data modelling, calculations, and system logic
- Knowledge with SQL or data integration concepts
- Open to the industry background (has to be customer facing) - advantageous to come from Ecommerce/Retail
