With a strong reputation and a growing client base, they're now looking for a CRM Lead to join the team and take ownership of delivering high-impact, data-driven CRM programmes across a range of exciting clients.
The Role
You'll own and deliver end-to-end CRM and life cycle initiatives across a portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted partner to help improve customer engagement, life cycle performance and overall marketing effectiveness.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and deliver multi-channel CRM strategies aligned to client objectives
- Build and optimise life cycle journeys across email, SMS, push and in-app channels
- Own campaign execution including segmentation, automation and personalisation
- Lead customer experience and journey optimisation projects across the full life cycle
- Analyse performance and translate data into clear, actionable insights
