As a Sales Operations Lead, you will take ownership of performance across a portfolio of digital accounts, ensuring that systems, processes, and teams are operating efficiently to maximise commercial outcomes.
Combining data-driven decision making with hands-on operational leadership, you’ll play a critical role in improving revenue performance, optimising workflows, and maintaining high execution standards. You’ll also lead and develop a remote team, ensuring alignment, accountability, and consistent delivery. Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of operational execution across a portfolio of digital accounts, driving measurable improvements in revenue and retention.
- Lead onboarding processes, ensuring new accounts are integrated smoothly and set up for success.
- Define and optimise pricing structures, subscription models, and monetisation strategies to maximise performance.
- Oversee content positioning and customer journey optimisation to improve engagement and conversion.
- Monitor key performance metrics (e.g. revenue per user, churn, conversion rates), identifying risks and implementing improvements.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities and performance expectations.
- Track and analyse performance data across accounts and teams to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
