Job Description

Account Manager, Agency, London - Hybrid, c. £40-45KLooking for an Account Manager who can keep clients happy, projects moving, and internal teams aligned.

This is a role for someone who's outgrown pure coordination and is ready to take ownership.

You'll be the day-to-day face of key accounts, managing projects from brief to delivery, building trusted client relationships, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

You'll be: Running multiple client projects simultaneously Managing timelines, budgets and deliverables Acting as the main point of contact for clients Working closely with internal teams to keep work moving Supporting junior team members and helping them develop Identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow accounts Turning client feedback and project performance into actionable insights We're looking for someone who: Has agency-side account management experience Loves building client relationships Is highly organised and detail-oriented Can juggle multiple priorities without dropping standards Communicates confidently with both clients and internal stakeholders Is proactive, solutions-focused and commercially aware Wants to continue developing into a more senior client services role The environment: Fast-paced, collaborative and ambitious.
