About the Company
Our client is one of the world's most established fintech brands.
A FTSE 100 business operating globally, they sit at the intersection of finance, technology and innovation, helping hundreds of thousands of customers navigate the world of investing and trading.
While the business has decades of heritage, their creative team is relatively new, ambitious and focused on raising the bar.
The Role
This is not a role for someone who wants to quietly produce assets and move on to the next brief.
You'll join a highly collaborative in-house creative team where designers are expected to think beyond execution, challenge briefs, contribute ideas and help evolve the brand.
One day you could be developing performance marketing campaigns, web experiences and social content.
The next, you could be creating concepts for a major campaign, collaborating with copywriters and motion designers, or helping visualise breaking market stories in real time.
The pace is fast, the standards are high, and the variety is exceptional.
We're particularly interested in speaking with designers who have already worked within fintech, financial services, Saa S, technology or similarly complex, highly regulated brands.
Experience operating within well-established brand systems and delivering work at scale will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Create integrated campaign assets across digital, social, CRM, web, performance marketing and print
- Develop landing pages, email creative and performance marketing content with a strong understanding of UX and user behaviour
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, motion designers and marketers to bring campaigns to life
- Translate complex subjects into clear, compelling visual communication
- Build, evolve and maintain brand assets, templates and design systems
- Develop concepts, contribute creative thinking and propose improvements beyond the original brief
- Create storyboards and visual concepts for motion campaigns
- Explore and utilise AI tools to improve workflows and creative output
- Support the continued evolution of the brand through fresh thinking and strong design craft
- Your Turn
- You're a genuinely strong all-round designer with an exceptional portfolio
- You've worked in fintech, finance, Saa S, technology or another sophisticated brand-led environment, or can demonstrate a genuine interest in moving into that space
- You can move comfortably between digital, campaigns, social, web and print
- You understand responsive design, UX/UI principles and accessibility
- You have excellent Adobe Creative Suite and Figma skills
- You can explain the thinking behind your work and present your rationale with confidence
- You're curious, ambitious and motivated by continuous learning
- You thrive in environments where expectations are high and opportunities for growth are even higher
- You're capable of managing your own workload and making strong creative decisions without constant direction
- And Even Better If You Have
- Fintech, trading or investment brand experience
- Experience working on a single brand over a sustained period
- Basic motion graphics or animation skills
- Video editing experience
- Experience with AI-assisted creative production
- Knowledge of dynamic creative automation platforms
Why Here, Why Now?
Because very few in-house design roles offer this combination of pace, scale, complexity and opportunity.
You'll work on a globally recognised brand, collaborate with a talented creative team, be trusted with meaningful responsibility, and develop skills at a speed that slower-moving organisations simply cannot match.
If you're someone who enjoys being challenged, wants exposure to a huge range of creative work and is excited by the energy of fintech, you'll find plenty to get stuck into here.
Plus there are tangible benefits such as
- Performance bonus
- Flexible benefits allowance
- Private medical cover for you and your family
- Life insurance
- Gym contribution
- 25 days holiday plus birthday leave and volunteering days
- Option to buy and sell holiday
- Pick and choose training
- Enhanced family leave policies
- Employee networks and community initiatives
