Salt are excited to support a high-growth global technology business with the search for an experienced Email Marketing Manager / Marketo Specialist to join their Growth Marketing team on a contract basis.
This role is hands‑on and Marketo expertise is essential. You’ll take ownership of the execution, optimisation, and performance of email marketing programmes, ensuring campaigns are flawlessly built, tested, and reported on in Marketo Engage. Proof of full certification will be required.
This will be a fully remote operating role for circa 20 hours per week – ideally spread across 3 days – and will be an ASAP starting position from January 2026.
Key Responsibilities: Own end‑to‑end execution of email campaigns (blasts, newsletters, nurtures)
Build and optimise campaigns in Marketo Engage
Implement A/B testing, personalisation, and automation best practices
Partner with growth, brand, and content teams on messaging and nurture strategy
Manage a global newsletter programme
Advise on segmentation, lead nurturing, and deliverability best practices
Report on performance metrics (open rate, CTR, CTOR, conversions)
Build and manage Marketo smart campaigns, forms, and segmentations
Support consent management, preference centres, and data privacy compliance
Proven Marketo specialist with deep technical capability
Strong background in email marketing and marketing automation
Comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑paced environment
Data‑driven mindset with strong optimisation skills
