Salt are partnered with an enterprise organisation and are looking for a Marketing Programme Manager to join on a contract basis (maternity cover).
Location: London
Rate: ÂŁ450 per day (inside IR35)
Duration: 9 months
About the Role:
This role sits at the centre of a large-scale internal marketing technology transformation, with responsibility for aligning international teams to global priorities and driving adoption of enterprise-wide marketing programmes. You’ll act as the key connector between corporate and regional stakeholders, ensuring international perspectives are represented in planning, governance and execution. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on programme management, focusing on visibility, accountability and consistent delivery across multiple markets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing, operations or programme management within a global, matrixed organisation
- Strong knowledge of marketing technology and advertising technology ecosystems
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable translating complex initiatives into clear, executive-level summaries
- Experience influencing without direct authority
