The Opportunity
We're looking for a Marketing Delivery & Campaigns Manager who thrives on turning strategy into action. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll own the delivery of marketing and branding initiatives end-to-end, ensuring everything lands on time, on brief, and to the highest standard. You'll sit at the centre of delivery, operations, and data - bringing structure, pace, and accountability to everything marketing touches.
What You'll Own
- End-to-End Delivery
- Lead marketing initiatives from planning through execution, QA, launch, and follow-up
- Translate strategy into clear timelines, priorities, and action plans
- Oversee events, sponsorships, and external communications
- Track progress, manage risks, and keep everything moving - no loose ends
- Marketing Operations & Tooling
- Own HubSpot: campaigns, workflows, lists, reporting
- Coordinate with Sales & BD to ensure seamless execution
- Work across Salesforce and Salesloft to maintain clean data and integration
- Build scalable processes and reduce manual effort
- Data, Structure & Cadence
- Maintain clean, consistent, and auditable marketing data
- Create clear documentation and version control
- Establish and enforce weekly/monthly delivery rhythms
- Compliance & Governance
- Partner with Compliance to ensure all activity meets regulatory standards
- Manage approval workflows for all external communications
- Maintain full audit trails: approvals, versions, sign-offs
What You Bring
- 5-8 years in B2B delivery-focused roles (marketing, campaigns tied in with project management, marketing ops etc.)
- Proven ability to deliver complex workstreams on time
- Hands-on HubSpot experience
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in regulated environments (Investment, Professional Services or Financial would be ideal)
- Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Salesloft
