I'm working with one of the most exciting, premium health and wellness brands in the UK and one of my personal favourites! I am looking for a hands-on Head of Marketer that loves the strategic/operational side of Marketing that is ready to steer the business forward. If you're passionate about building brands, driving commercial growth, and leading from the front - this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the overall marketing strategy
- With a commercial mindset, you understand all elements of data, from revenue performance to customer acquisition cost
- Lead all digital marketing channels (paid, SEO, content, CRM)
- Enhance the website and digital touchpoints - ensure website performance and user journeys are optimised
- Oversee all elements of content creation and campaigns to resonate with the audience on health & wellbeing
- Lead a fantastic team of 2 marketers along with management of senior leaders in the brand
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring investment is focused on high-impact initiatives
Key Requirements:
- Strong 360 marketer that has the strategic/operational and commercial mindset
- Experience operating in a multi-site or scaling business (fitness, hospitality, wellness, or lifestyle)
- Commercially driven with a track record of delivering measurable growth and ROI
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing teams
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insight into actionable plans
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - this is key as working closely with the CEO
